I have been very disappointed with Birchlawn for years. Me and my family had to complain from the stealing of arrangements on our loved ones graves to this recent incident... I paid approximately $100 for 4 cemetery arrangements and while I was placing them on the graves I noticed workers there but paid no mind. They also saw me. That very day they disposed of all arrangements on graves. They said they put it in the Virginian Leader. But I don't get the paper. There was NO sign at their front entrance and when my sister asked "why" they said it was posted on the door to their office in the back of the cemetery which no one sees. This is very unprofessional and is very upsetting to the whole family.
